Access violation

Hi,

first, sorry for my bad english, but im french .

I ve some problems with HB and i m not able to solve them.

I searched a lot but i found no solution on this forum.

I ve installed HB on my laptop yesterday, and i wanted to try it but it crashs just after log in, when HB gets the WoW ID, and i ve this message :

The instruction at "0x65DB5CEE" referenced memory at "0x65DD0AF4".
The memory could not be "written".

i followed HB for dummies :/.

is it constant or a one off.. dont send crash log to wow.

yes it s constant, and don't wry i m not that silly ^^

nithing will happen if you send it,but there is no reason to do it

to the problem now

disable all your wow addons and clear your wow cache

restart your pc
and/or
repair wow
and/or
try a new Hb installation

on what OS is your laptop?

windows 7 familial edition 64 bits

make sure that all windows updates are installed and that net framework is enabled
control panel--programs--windows features on or off

i m installing windows updates, and net framework is enabled ^^
i m coming back later to tell if it worked or not

last, but not least, do you sleep or this is too mainstream? xD

the truth is that i am awake the last 25 hours

and i will be awake for the next 15 hours for sure
