this usually occurs when you log in from somewhere new... isn't really to do with botting. Check your e-mails. If you don't have an authenticator connected to your account then Blizzard will lock the account when you try and log in from an unrecognised IP address. Should be as easy as logging back into the website, changing your password and trying again.
