Access problem

hi all,

i have a little problem. I have register this name on this forum before buying honorbuddy.Now i have buy honorbuddy and register me with the same name.now i received an email and they write that they will creat an account with my name but i have do this -.- .
so i cant download any meshes or profiles ..
