Access Denied

Updated to the newest .net
restarted
Had the problem where it kept looping "Need to install another component"
Downloaded and used the workaround
(started wow)
New error box "Access Denied"
I deleted the folder and tried a new location as a subfolder of wow /gb
same thing, this time i didn't need the workaround, and no logs are created

help?
