Access Denied need help!

Everytime I try to log on to honorbuddy I keep getting the Access Denied Error. I have restarted my computer, run WoW and HB as admin. I also logged into my character before trying to log in. I've read the previous thread on this issue and I still couldnt get it to work.

I am also running:

WoW in 32-bit
Direct-x9

Okay, I ran WoW as WoW.exe as administrator, then I ran HB as admin...now i'm getting a new error. "Could not load file or assembly 'fasmdll_managed.dll' or one of its dependencies. The specified module could not be found

There might be a problem with .NET Framework or C++ Redistributable.

Please follow these instructions exactly.

Uninstall ALL .NET Frameworks
Uninstall ALL C++ Redistributables
Restart your PC
Run this tool as ADMINISTRATOR - Honorbuddy Wizard

Hopefully this fixes the problem.
