acc perma banned, guild GM transfer?

hey guys, finally they perma banned my main acc, abuse of economy bull...it as they found me in pvp (btw avoid pvp , too many bots) and as they dont give a damn what i say ...
my question is how do i transfer the guild from my banned account to a brand new one , non flaged? my main char was GM there ...

Won't be able to unless that other account is already in the guild. Or if you have someone else in the guild who will take the throne offer, promote your new toon to GM.

btw you wont be able to get the guild bank. the GM has to be offline for 90 days and THEN only the 3 top ranking people in the guild can obtain guild leader. So you either have to restart the guild or wait 3 months.

This happens to me a lot. Just send a ticket in asking for the GM to be moved. They'll do it. Make sure you make the ticket on the banned account though, since the GM needs to request the transfer.

Abuse of economy is not Perma ban just send "WTF ? i didn?t sell gold" ticket. You will get 72hours for Third Party Program (or nothing). Advice for next time, Dont have GM char on your bot account

This was no ban report, don?t play mod when you are not.

Also OT, if a guild master gets banned the one next in rank in te guild can write report to a GM ingame and say like "Hey my guild master is not online any more i want to take over the guild" the GM will then se that the guild master is banned and pass the guild over.

This hapend to me, well i didn?t write to a GM it did anyway after 6 months or so.

well , thx guys, acc perma banned, appealed many times, nothing, is lost, screw it, got another on same battle net so i have achieves/mounts/pets no more botting for me on this account and this PC as they scan RAM about guild GM will be passed as u guys said in 3 months to some guys in my guild which i like them so im not worried to much anymore , they are good guys , they worked a lot on guild achieves and so on. thx to all
safest boting method : separate PC , and avoid botting on main account (blizz dont give a s...t on the fact that u used some random IP every log as long as they see multiple times RAM process, and they don't give proof anyway , if ure reported by some frustrated retard then all goes down)
