Just call them they remove them on the phone it is the easiest of all bans to get reversed. You have at least an 80% chance of them removing it

Because the account is old you might get it back. Btw, to calling on the phone working, not always. I've tried it before, and the guy kept giving me the runaround, in fact, lol ended up yelling at him towards the end, cause the guy didn't even want to bother helping. ((Would've sucked had I been innocent.))

Called them and made 8 tickets, no unban. Even admitted to botting and learned my lesson as a last resort.
