Abuse of economy ban in new account

I dont bot, i dont trade gold, only create the character and go to my girlfriend (You knoww S*x) when comeback the account its banned, appeal and blizzard say the same STILL BANNED, vpn, diferent hardware idds, diferent window key, HDD id diferent, new install, regedit deletes, etc etc why i was banned?
