Above level 30

has anyone botted above level 30 and still have the account - Unbanned...

ive had a few account go past 30 - and be unused for 24/48 hours soon as i logged in on cell ban hammer within 2 days
just wondering if any have managed to keep there account past 30

I have my personal level 40 account still active..

However it was botted to level 40 before the API update, and using a bot not publicly available.

However I am expecting- its just another account sitting on a large pile of "to be looked at"

There was no humanly possible way to get to 40 in the speed I did- So I'm sure it will be gonski soon..

However every single account botted with the new API update has been banned.

Right now in my area, the players that are playing legit are just getting to 29-30 this week.
The ones 30+ are easily botted as i noticed they had 3K plus dragonites and high cp Arcanines in a lot of gyms.

i wouldn't go beyond 30 personally.

But that's BS in a way, that Niantic will ban anyone above lvl 30 when they themselves acknowledged lvl 40's. Wasn't that guy who caught 99% then got his trip to catch the 3 region mons a lvl 40? And there was a dude acknowledged by Niantic who admitted he botted a little also a lvl 40?

I mean, cmon, there are some people who basically have no life so they threw themselves in this game & managed to make lvl 40 by playing near 24/7/30+ days without botting. Why no botting? They played smart & used the system against itself, using lucky eggs, lures etc.

I should go find that dude that admitted he botted a little & see if Niantic banned him even after praising him.

I started playing the game on the 29th of last month on one account and the 1st of the month on this account (legit), I made it from 1-21 in 3 days on the first account, as a human, not having a clue what I was doing. I dont doubt people can get to 40 quicker than you'd think.

I dont understand their fair gameplay for everyone, They sell a product that allows people to push a button to catch pokemon, as long as they have caught them before.... but anyone who has $100 already has an advantage there....

No.. There is no HUMANLY possible way to be level 40 yet.. Even if you played 24/7 by using multiple people

Any fresh accounts ive been making recently had been banned above level 25
