About to get back into botting

Since the prices are so cheap for the games, $35 for vanilla through cata, I decided i would get back into gold selling. Im just wondering if any of you guys have any tips since I stopped botting a while ago stuff might have changed. Also what races/classes do you recommend for botting and what profiles for 1-85 for the specified class.

the profiles, i would suggest trying out Kicks profiles... very great for 1-85 with not much attention required if bot is setup correcly, for the classes for farming it all depends what u want, skinning = worgen i guess, herbing tauren druid... mining w/e? all depends what u want

Definately herb/mine. I was just wondering what class is the most durable and less likely to die. Race isn't too big a deal i know. i have tried kicks profiles, and they are really good. Thanks for the suggestions

i got a hunter, doing very well even vs 5 mobs... doing mining/herbing atm... hardly ever dies, my druid wich is in tier 11/12 dies more from same ammount of mobs...

Most classes will work fine with GB2 (in pve at least).
Since you get to use customclasses with GB now, any good pve CC will do great for gathering =)

My personal favorite class is Deathknight (tauren if it's a horde toon), Using EzFrost CC.
Paladin's are great as well!
Then comes the druids (should be the first choice if you're planning on herbing only), For those, i use ILoveAnimals CC.
All other classes are the same really..
The ones i mentioned can gather faster than them =)

Thanks, Im doing herb mining and have no toon over 55 on the accounts since i just bought them so death knight is ruled out. I just want a fast gathering durable class, which would you recommend?

Paladins!
You can either level them up till you unlock DK's, or just level them up to 85 and use them!

They've got GREAT survivability, nice dps and increased mount speed!
Not sure about which CC you should use though, don't have any pallies atm =|
So just check different CC's till you find a suitable one!

I run a Pally with the ibot ipaladin cc, use prot spec too as its got sick survivability.

Leveling a pally as I speak, currently @ 60 or so. I gotta teamview and check up on him.

Been using Singular Pt2 which you can download in the Classes subforum.
I modified it to only use Seal of Insight though.
Keeps my hp and mana pool up.
Basically no downtime, and he doesn't die.
Wasting time running back to a corpse to die over and over takes longer than 1-5 seconds extra to kill a mob.
