Would this work?
1. Create a dungeon profile.
2. Create a plugin that figures out when you have reached the last hotspot, which should be at the exit of the instance, and have it write to the logfile "Dungeon completed" or something.
3. Have an autohotkey script running in the background that constantly reads the logfile and scans for the "Dungeon completed" string.
4. When the condition is met, the autohotkey script stops HonorBuddy with a mouseclick, walks straight forward out of the instance, resets it via a macro or something, backs into the dungeon entrance again and starts up HonorBuddy.
Just an idea I had.
