Hi, when I log onto Wow, on certain realms it asks me to choose the "preferred location" (United States, Oceanic, Latin America).. but on other realms it doesn't... (I have characters on different realms).

Is there a way to bypass this? This makes it difficult to use with buddystarter.

Sure you're not trying to log in when the realms are down?

I meant "preferred location"... no, realms aren't down, it's just always asking me to choose on Realm A, while Realm B logs on perfectly fine without this prompt.

Anyway to bypass 'preferred location' choice screen upon login?

In your config file in the WTF folder - SET realmName "whatever realm you want to here"

Oh ya, WTF! =)

Except it is all set already,

locale = enus

and everything else points to u.s. servers

i connect to three different servers with one computer,

though two of them connect fine without the prompt for locale (U.S., Latin America, Oceanic),

one of the servers always prompts for it!
