About Pokemon Transferirng

Need help or advice please. I noted that under pokemon transferring tab, there is no option for all except "favourite" or ignore lists of pokemon, for all pokemon (unwanted but you want to catch them) to be transferred to professor immediately (upon catch). Every now and then my pokemon bag is populated (full) and only pokestop activities thereof. Kindly help on whereabout I can do this please? Thank you.

In short, is there a place where I can set to transfer all pokemon except those I want to keep in the bot? Thank you.
