Time is added based on the amount of down time. If the product is down for more than 24 hours that is. So if the product is down for 5 days, once the product is back up, 5 days will be added to your key. If its down for 2 days, you get 2 days added. There is no specifics known until the product is back up, which is when time is re-added.
