About HWID and Account setup on AB

I've read threads/post about every new account setup on AB has their own unique HWID and MAC and they don't randomize on every launch. I wanted to get some clarification on this. When we setup a new Account in AB (I would call it "profile") they get their own unique HWID and MAC, so what happens when I delete the account and add another account, would the new account have a different HWID and MAC or would it be still the same as the previously deleted Account? For example: I add account_1, account_2 and account_3, all 3 got banned, deleted the accounts off AB, add 3 new ones, does the 3 new ones uses the same HWID and MAC as the 3 old ones.

If i only change login and password to new one from banned account it will start with old HWID or new?

never do that as hwid and mac remain . Each new account created gets unique editing banned lefts it with same.
If you want to be sure just get anything to edit acc.db and check it. That way you can move accs accros computers.
