theres lot of tutorial online about steps to get refund application form, before that you needto find out all transaction numbers in transaction history page and write it down for refund application. in this thread i will just tell you about how to get refund easier.

they can refund up to three months back i think. you can apply for all money you spent on one single app.

the reason of refund you can put it like ''product didn't reach your expectation'' or ''game bored you very soon''. basically you can make up some story about how this game disappointed you, you dont have to tell them you got banned.

they may refund you first and second time, after that will be tough. so make sure you want to spend your luck on pokemon go. anyway i got refund twice for about two thousand dollars and one thousand i spent on an online game 2 years ago, dont know the current situation but worth a try.

Pokémon Go is free. If you choose to spend real $ in game for items, etc... and bot on the same account, in my opinion you should not try to get a refund due to it is not your money at that point but it is theirs. If you are going to bot do it on an account you don't care about and hope it does not get banned. Me personally, I have my main account that I will use (without any botting/gps mods) and then my bot accounts. Once trading is implemented I will trade my 100% IV's to my main as needed. I am not even powering up my 100% IVs on my bot accounts.

Just my 2 cents.

My main was banned yesterday because I traveled to nyc from Ontario for shopping w my wife, I played Pokemon go there than coming back I played it back at home all this was a 14 hr span. Doesn't matter the following day I was restricted to servers.

On my bottling account same shit I didn't even log in w my phone once and it was banned.

I feel like everything I was linked to was banned

If your bottling what's your settings and are you betting at home ?
 
My main account got banned 4 hours ago. I joined the Apple Live Chat and got in few seconds all my Pokemon Go Coin purchases refunded: 160,91€.

The reason I told them was basicly: "App is not working / items are not available due to permanent account ban."
This was totally fine.

Few minutes later I got the confirmation within 48 hours all 9 transactions will be refunded to my itunes balance. Right now in my itunes history all payments are already refunded, so I think in few hours I got it.

main account still alive but stopped botting since alt account was banned, both accounts had done instant teleport overseas, non stop botting but not much so i guess i just got lucky

Yeah don't try and get a refund from the now insanely rich company who could all retire now and live luxurious lives until they are 90. Yeah they need that money bro, you shouldn't take it from them!
 
Of course I would not. I had a few accounts banned some I spent money on others I did not. To me, I would not take back something that I used or paid for and got what I paid for. I would never do that to a company regardless of how much money they have, that is not the point and should not be. Just because I do something that is wrong, does not give me the right to wrong them a second time. Gimme a break, that is just a different kind of person in my opinion to do that.

Most of you have. Lol I lost mine because I honestly traveled from Ontario to nyc and back in 14 hrs and got banned within 12 of coming back lol all they said was that Auto email sorry if we don't get back your banned. I sent receipts n pictures. That's why I got my money back total bs

if you spent money then it costs money. If they restricted your access and you are not getting what you paid for then you have every right to ask for your money back. It's wrong for them to take your money and then restrict you.
 
Well just my two cents... you paid to get something in a game you play. Yes, you did something wrong and got banned, but that also means they do NOT want you in their game, regardless of you spending money or not. To me, it also means they do not want your money. You´re not getting what you paid for, so they don´t have the right to keep the money either. Yes, get your money BACK. I´m gonna to that with another game I got banned from - if they don´t want me in it, they don´t want my money either.

They said that they could refund the cost of the App itself. (free, so nothing). Not saying you're lying. Just curious if there's any way I can try to ask another support agent. Maybe it's just luck of the draw on who you get as your customer support rep???

First I requested a refund for each order here: Report a Problem
After that i went in livechat and asked what will happen now and i got my refunds.

I have just spoken to apple live chat telling them that the game no longer works for me and they have reveres every purchase ive made totalling £70 and advised me not to spend any more money on the game until the developer sorts out its issues

For those who got a refund: When did you buy the coins?
I called Apple and got the answer that I bought my coins more than 14 days ago (which apparently is a refund-limit) and therefore could not get my money back.

I have been refund for all coins purchased since july 14th which was my first purchase, the 14 day thing is when you have changed your mind and ask for a refund its the distance selling part, you have 90 days if you cant use the app or the app has a problem stopping you from playing it
 
do not tell them you think your banned just say the game suddenly stopped working and when you googled why you noticed that it was a worldwide problem, then tell them you have no way to contact Niantic to resolve the non working app as everyone just gets the standard computer reply so you have decided not to use the app anymore until Niantic sort this issue out
