Before you get the "need more info/log", which you should provide since that's pretty vague, but I'll attempt to help.

1st Question : Did you change toons, IE log out and log in someone then relog back?
This happens when you don't restart HB when logging into a new toon (or even switching specs, though you can change spec in settings, we'll save that for another day to learn)

2nd Question : Loaded some files?
I'm Assuming you mean profiles. This should have no issue when switching bot bases (Gatherbuddy2, BG buddy, Questing, Enyo, etc ) granted that bot base doesn't require you to load a profile, in which dungeon buddy does not.

3rd Question : Did you set up Dungeon Buddy?
This is done by hitting the "Bot Config" option that is right above Class Config. Click it, settings to your liking. Take some time study the settings page, It will take a few trials and error in order to familiarize with it. There are Tabs in the "Bot Config" menu (Common, Dungeon, Raid, etc ) Make sure you go into each tab in the menu and set things up, IE set the Mode under dungeons tab to what type you want to run ( Heriocs, Normal, Specific, etc ). Same goes for the other tabs for raids and so on.

4th Question : Did you hit start?
Silly question, but hey the world is full of silly people.

I've spent enough time trying to figure out vaguely what you could be doing wrong, In the future please include more information, as well as the Log File (which is created in your honorbuddy folder, in the "Logs" folder) I cant tell you where exactly your log folder is because, well, I did not install your honorbuddy on your computer.

You wont get many warm responses with a poorly written question.

for those with problems

use support issues section providing a full log file as attachment
