About creating IP for each path of exile client

I am wondering while using the same computer, would creating seperate IPs for each path of exile client help security? Or even if i do that they all will get banned when one is got caught? Also i if it helps the security how can i do it? I heard the program called proxifier helps doing it but I am not sure that if are givining dedicated IPs for me or I have to get IPs from servers?

im thinking the same thing, i dont know if using some VPN services i can do it, because the game use the same port and i dont know how to configure an expecific IP for an expecfic port
