ok i have been watching/experimenting with bots and i have come to soem conclusion rather they are true or not it seemed logical to me so i am gonna share with you all stay with me..
so lets begin
first i started botting with WoW and i botted like 1 month NON-STOP i mean 7/24 with dungeon/BG/quest and gathering first 20 days were fine because i spend the most of that time in a low pop server and last 10 days i decided to test it on a high pop server ive got suspended in like 2-3 hours or so..
so that made me think ban in world of warcraft seems to be player/report based but i still need to test this theory so i gave my honourbuddy key to a friend of mine and told him i am going to test the ban mechanics of WoW he kindly accepted we both created characters in a low population server he boted like 3 days for 24 each day and nothing happened after the third day i send a report to blizzard that informs them about my friend(botter) with 2 diffrent accounts and IP adresses... he got suspended in 1 hour..
after these experiments my theory became concrete..
so the gossips about "WARDEN" or other 3rd party detectors of blizzard just dismissed in my mind(telling people that they are monitoring their CPU and such...)
when i finalized my theory ive had 1 thing on my mind...and it was this"so blizzard needs the help of players to detect and suspend/ban bot users(again i am only speaking for Honourbuddy)..."
then i decided to test HEARTHSTONE ban mechanics but since blizzard bans every single account in that computer which plays that game(for example you have 2 accounts that plays hearthstone and you get detected in 1 account boting your both account loses hearthstone)i have changed my password changed my DNS/VPN/static ip to another EU country and just incase i only boted from work...
first month i stayed at rank 20 for golden port. farming after geting 3 golden ports.(hunter/warrior/rogue) and farming 24/7 my account remained same no ban suspen. whatsoever...
second month ive decided to try ladder climb (again 24/7 and remember im talking about HB not other products).that account got banned in like 10 days..
with my previous experiments on WoW i have created another theory and it was this "if blizzard needs player help to ban/suspend bot users in world of warcraft how can it NOT NEED player support and only a program to ban all bot users in hearthstone(since blizzard announced number of hearthstone players are more then WoW players)"
lets sum it up shall we
so in one hand ive stayed at rank 20 with mostly unexperianced players and boted 24/7 and not got banned on the other hand i used bot for ladder climb(i am talking about ranks between 10-5)and get banned in 10 days...but these result were not good enough for me to "completely accept them" so i decided to make a research about ban waves and try to make a pattern...
after reading a lot of ban reports(dates/reasons/regions and on this one i am not talking only about HB)i came up with nothing not any single mathmathical or logical ban pattern.(if there is one i couldnt see it but again i am pretty good about these kind of stuff)so that made me think about my previous theory..
i have made fake ban reports on blizzard forums and send tickets go blizzard stuff about getting banned etc etc. and the result i got supported my theory "there is no ban waves or 3rd party detecters(again im talking about HB)blizzard colletcs reports sums it all up and bans ppl in 3-5 day to make it seem that THEY HAVE A WAY TO DEAL WITH BOTS NON-PLAYER BASED
after all of these i have called blizzard support and acted like a concerned/overprotective parent and told them "i have read all your terms and conds. and can you tell me about this monitoring CPU?!"after 30 min the person i talked with told me that "we are telling you that we CAN monitor not that we WILL but we CAN"
so that is the end of my experiments/research if there is another user out there who has more info then me pls do inform me about these situations i would like to know the errors of my ways...
anyway if you are still concerned i ll give you a couple tips
1-monitor your bot all times(sometimes it might require stoping and emoting)
2-close b.net change ur password ur email change ur dns/ip/vpn and paly the game that way this way if you get banned you can claim "ive got hacked card"
and since they could acces your previous ip/vpn/dns adresses they have to unban you
pls note that these are my results
even if you do all this you might get banned so do not blame me for it pls
p.s:sorry if i have made anny grammar errors or typos my english is not that good
have a nice day ppl
