Able to refund Buddy Store purchases?

Is it possible to have buddy store purchases refunded?

I purchased YRB2 the day of or the day before the bans went out this week. And I received a ban. I was never able to configure it in a way that I found useful so I raided that night with a different routine. Hence I never really used it.

In the grand scheme of things the cost won't kill me, but if I can have it refunded, please let me know how to proceed.

the refund process is pretty straightforward.

however, once refunded, you are banned from purchasing the product again on that key.

think long and hard before you start the refund purchase. think about the consequences if honorbuddy comes back online in a month.

on the other hand, if you feel like now is the time to cut ties and move on, a refund may suit your needs.

dont expect a timely response from your email. understand HB staff is working very hard to determine the proper course of action to deal with this banwave.

If HB comes back online in a month, I'll still be offline for 5 months And the routine hadn't performed significantly better based on what tuning I was able to do. However yeah, I don't imagine Simcraft will exist past this xpac as it is currently abandoned so I may leave it on the key. Will see. Thank you for your reply.

Please explain how making a purchase on a product I never was able to use and likely won't in the future is in any way ripping someone off?

i see both sides make valid points.

some people would attempt a dick move and try to get a refund if they though hb was a sinking ship. just try to get one last dollar back. not thinking that money comes out of another persons pocket.

you got your answer, if you refund now, you wont be able to purchase again later. it would be better for all involved if you keep it.
