Abandoned artifact quest now bot is bugged

Keeps going back to the same spot trying to accept the quest, the NPC is not there.

Have you obtained your artifact weapon yet?
It seems the load order is taking you into the Demonology artifact weapon profile.

No i dont as i abandoned it accidentally but the bot is refusing to move on xD
