AB xp/hr!

So I have read a lot of people saying that AB is the way to go from 80-85 and in a lot of cases 70-85. I have also seen people claiming to get 1 million+ xp/hr.
My question is how? What continent and what do you blacklist?!
When I ran AB on my 82 I was getting 300k xp/hr max. With a 280% flyer and tried blacklisting different continents...

you could get about 650k if you are rested.. im getting 177k at level 74 at this very moment with 280 flying

Wife just leveled from 70-80 with AB. 200K/hour avg or so with 280 flying in Eastern Kingdoms.

It affects your Arch XP/hour greatly. Most of the idle time (no XP) is spent travelling between nodes. If you can travel faster you get more nodes/hour = more XP/hour. For this reason Paladins (with Pursuit of Justice) are best, with Frost DKs being a close 2nd. Beastmaster hunters are also good, and the pet can "guard" you the if bot somehow gets stuck near mobs/doesn't attack etc. The Dwarf racial bonus is very good as well--combining Dwarf with any of these classes gives you optimal XP/hr.

Thanks all! This is more realistic. Plan on leveling a frost DK for the boost and was wondering how much xp/hr to expect.
