Archeology Buddy wont move to site [sits just outside]

I know this has been a problem for many people on the forum and i was wondering if anyone can specify the cause of it ive come to notice that it only happens to me when specific meshes are loaded and then the mesh loading process freezes i have tried using archbuddy helper to no provail any other suggestions?

Ive not had any issues since today's update. But before then i had to disable malwarebites

i have nothing but wow and hb running on my computer so its no other programs causing it i just find it really frustrating since previous versions worked fine but none of the recent versions will even do anything
