AB fails update

Hi All,

I just reset my pc and cannot down load AB it keeps failing the update its windows 8.1, and was working fine before rese
t is there a issue with AB not downloading currently or any suggestions on a fix would be greatly appreciated

anyone?? some help or advice would be awesome it keeps failing at the 8% mark

windows 8.1 machine still broken but download got further after deleting my anti virus completely
tried to download on windows 7 machine got nearly all the way then it failed

after about 14 attempts to download on windows 7 machine it finally got there, still couldn't achieve a full download on the 8.1 windows machine so copied files across and all is working

try installing that CC and frame net first I think that's the issue that's causing it not to download on 8.1

hope this helps, I just been playing around with it and pulling my hair out but I think that's our problem
