I knew where he was going, as he is likely a botter himself, otherwise i cant imagine any reason why on gods green earth somebody would be googling me.

That being said, this is EXACTLY the reason (okay one several) that these forums should be private.

Yes i know, "omgzorzdude11 you used the same username11!" Yep, i have a bad memory and Im mildly ocd. I like my names and passwords to match on stuff. Never caused an issue in 10 years, until today.

Now I reckon thats going to spread like wildfire around the guild with god knows what repercussions/damage to my standing.

Add in all the trolls from the wow forums that come here to bait and link to and from and spread stories to the blizz kids... and yea, why are we public again?

Yeah, you need to get over your OCD. That is just plain stupid of you to use the same userid's across multiple forums. Especially when said userid could tie you to activities companies may be looking into.

And its not the forum's fault you're partaking in stupid activities that could tie you to botting, it's your own fault.

Edit: Usernames don't have to be hard or complex those are public keep it simple. I dont think mine could get much easier.
