a3 MP1 optimal frenzy barb setup now?

So, pre 1.05 my barbs used the standard frenzy build with maniac rune.

However, now that mp1 is a joke, what other builds have people found run the most efficient with sword+board barbs?

One of my bots is using frenzy/maniac
overpower- killing spree as the only X factor skill
other standard frenzy skills

and rutheless/nerves/tough as nails passives, and is only paragon 2 and is cakewalking act3. 1-2 DPH at most.


What are your barb bots using?


Edit- I don't even use WOTB/Insanity anymore, because the elites die so fast in mp1 anyway, its not really worth the long cooldown..
