My girlfriend got an email today about her account being terminated for use of third party software. I used PF on her account once a few weeks ago and that was it. She played her game on her phone or at home on our IPad that had jail break software on it. She never teleported and only used it to walk a few miles down the road to farm pokestops. But it seems they are finally sending out emails even though I still haven't received one myself.

Anyone else gotten this yet? The weird thing is my girlfriend can still login to her account and she can still catch Pokemon and what not.

These are fake phishing emails from what I understand, trying to get account info.

got the same Email, you can click on the link, but what they want to hear to get unbann ? :S

Nope, they are real.

Just a side note, if you have tried to log into an account on your phone that has been perm ban, don't just go to airplane mode and log off, then log in to a good account. If you do that, that account will be flagged as bad, and banned as ẃell.

Better to stop program, delete program, delete cache, re-install program and then launch other account.
I believe that the program tells the server that this phone and program has been accessed by a banned account and further bans are applied accordingly.
