ye where can i change the cooldowns of Singular i dont like that it pop the cooldowns so fast where can i change the value of procent of the cooldowns lets say i wants that it pops cooldowns around 50 60% of the enemy hp?
I personally would appreciate an option to turn off "pop all cooldowns", so I can manually chose when to use them.
While raiding it isn't always best, to pop all CDs at the beginning of a fight!
