Hello fellow botters :D

Yesteday i sold an a account and today the buyer made a dispute. If anyone know what there policy?s are against wow accounts, some info would be great :D ( He made the dispute, on a really poor argument, and ive sent in skype screen shots and all that )

Sorry for my English :)

From Paypal
One of the most important requirements for coverage under Seller Protection is proof of shipment or delivery. Since deliveries made in person and sales of intangible goods do not have verifiable shipping documentation, we cannot currently extend protection for these types of transactions.

Only way he can win is if he claims the credit card he used was stolen or his pay pal account was hacked. I had one guy do that to me on the Pirox forums. He bought 3 accounts from me, kept getting them banned. He would call me at all retarded times, I kept saying I was hacked to Blizzard, sent in my ID etc called them up, until one day they refused to unlock them. He lost the paypal dispute because they do not cover virtual transactions and they caught him trying to lie. He tried to slam me on the forums and one of 2 retards on here but the majority didn;t believe him anyways. He called his credit card company and said his CC was stolen so he ended up recovering his money even though paypal caught him lying. The seller always loses - always!

Never do business with this guy

wait, if paypal sides with you and he calls his cc company and cancels payment. paypal will still withdraw the money from your account?

Sadly yes, the credit card company has the final and only say really. If paypal says you are in the right and the credit card company says they are refunding him. you still have to pay back the money. Paypal is like a middle guy, they server no purpose other then to make money off transactions. They don't have a say what so ever. This is why people have so many issues with paypal scams, if you get scammed paypal doesn't really have a say if the bank gets involved

Atleast this dude dident say his card was stolen ( Form PP ).

"I paid 70 euros for the exchange of the world of warcraft account which was active for 2 - 3 hours and then was disconnected and information to access the account had been changed. Please refund my money as this is not acceptable."

Just tell them he is lying, and he has full control of the account. You will win,
