Kickazz has written code for this in his questing profiles.
Check around line 1820 of [H - Quest] 96-98 Arak.

He has just used MoveTo behaviours.

I didn't play much MoP so can't think what the quest you're referring to might be, and cannot think of any other quests like that at the moment.
