A puzzling ban.

Would like to hear you peeps opinion on this "banwave" of mine.

I recently had 4 accounts banned. I had 4 bots running before I sleep every night on a multi-area grinding profile with ARELOG, Autoreply and logmeout.

This usually nets me about 2k-ish gold each account by the time I wake up. However this time 3 accounts were disconnected and 1 was still running. I tried logging in and sure enough they were banned.

I checked my main and it was banned as well which is very puzzling because I DO NOT bot on my main. I do raids, scenarios, heroics, pvp and questing manually. I have not gathered since 5.3 nerf to inscription. And even so it was about 1 and a half hour a day.

I did sold gold just the night before I got banned (not with my main obviously). 100k with a banker toon ( the one that didn't get banned ). The only "interaction" my main had with the banker was promoting him in guild so he can withdraw 100k. Even so the ban a GM concluded was that he "scanned" my computer and found my account with hax.

This is the email ban of my main;

When running, the World of Warcraft client may monitor your computer's random access memory (ram) and/or cpu processes for unauthorized third party programs running concurrently with World of Warcraft. An unauthorized third party program as used herein shall be defined as any third party software, including without limitation any addon or mod, that in Blizzard Entertainment's sole determination.

The use of such programs or files is clearly unfair to the World of Warcraft community playing regularly and is not tolerated on our servers.

Which I call bullshit because if they did scan my computer, they would have caught the last bot(banker) as well which is still active. However how did they catch my main?

they dont scan what youre actually doing. they banned my main account even tho i dont bot on my main account, and my bot account was running around. they tried to tell me i was botting on my main account just because of the amount of time i was online. I told them that it was absurd and i was like concrete evidence from a real gm, as I was only mining for 5 hours following hot spots I googled. (true, as i dont bot on my main lol, i follow the routes though which are common knowledge). if they were able to see hb running, hb would have told us as this is their business... honestly, they are bluffing to see what you will do.

Sorry about your recent losses. Blizzard banned my never-been-botted account when I mailed 20k gold to an alt. They have crappy detection and they make lots of mistakes. That's why there are so many posts about botters getting their bans overturned. Good luck!
