A plugin that monitors node spawn rates around you to detect "seed parties"

I was wondering if this would be possible. I've stumbled onto a few of these so called seed parties where a bunch of people with seeds get together and plant them in rapid succession. I ended up with 100+ herbs of different herbs in a very short amount of time every time I find one of these parties. You don't need to be in their party or in their raid to harvest the herbs, so it should work. Not sure if it's worth the effort, though.
