I am looking at purchasing a new computer in order to run WoW a little bit better at max settings as well as run some more botting clients than my Alienware can currently run. As I am rather un-hardware savy, I was hoping someone out there could give me some advice on if this would be a good computer for the money and what I could easily upgrade in order to increase my performance. Currently my Alienware laptop is on the verge of going fubar so, here's my chance to get something that will last.

Here are the specs for the computer as it would be when I buy it off this guy. (It is used. Price is $700.)

I think that you need at least 12GB or 16GB RAM(1333 or 1600 mhz)
And GF GTX 560 or better (6xx series)

it was fine till i read this.

Optical Disc Drive
DVD+/-RW

ether go bluray or dont install an optical drive, its just a waste of space now a days.

The price is good
i'd up the ram if you're using a lot of bots (16gb is like $100, 32gb is like $200)
I'd get a SSD for your OS + games. A 120GB should do, but get a 240 if you play a LOT of games (not just wow and d3)

For the price its pretty decent, but i'm not sure if graphic wouldn't be bottleneck here.
Still single WoW @ max details shouldn't be any problem.

Not sure how it's WoW vs L2 requirements, but on my i5 2500k @ 3.3 GHz, 8 GB RAM, GTX 560 i was able to run 7x Lineage 2 @ max details (by mistake xD) and almost (~13 fps aint enough) play DotA 2 simultaneously ;D
