A more refined transfer/keep System

Hey Devs,

So I realize the current option is there to help keep top 3 IV and/or top 3 CP.
My friend showed me this other bot (MyGoBot) the speed is horrible (p/hr etc)
But their transfer system is significantly better. They allow for choices for IV > x%. This allowed me to keep
My 4 100% Snorlax. But if Pokefarmer catches a 5th 100% IV Snorlax, due to the setting of 3 top IV/CP (other 4 favorited)
the 5th Snorlax would get transfered.

Can we have a more comprehensive selection process?

Also, the "My Pokemon Option" any way we can sort the columns? Cuz it's really hard to sort through the information just by scrolling.
