A little help please...

Hey can some one help me please?

The problem is that im using GB2 in vashj'ir but when it comes to using a mailbox it still wants to mount the sea horse when not in the water so it just stands there spamming that... Is there any kind of tags to blackspot for a mount area or anything like that? I tryed searching but didnt find much...

Honestly didnt think there was a mailbox in vashir
