After the ban yesterday I still got a few confirmation emails that RMAH auctions sold and today the funds were put in PayPal. I couldn't help but be amused by this :D

Yeah your auctions are still live even though the blizz email says they were all cancelled. I also made some sells today from banned accounts that basically just paid off the next 2 copies of D3 I purchased lastnight. lol..gotta love that

If items have bids on them or processing. You will ofc get your share. Blizzard only gets 1USD/EUR or 15%. They are not allowed to just take your money. Read the rules.

These items had no bids. They were just Buyouts on the RMAH that stayed posted and were purchased after the posting account was banned. Thx for the input tho I'll pass on reading their enthralling set of "rules" :)

Even after ban. Its still your items.

But the items aren't yours and never will be. It's in the TOS. I also made a sale after banned. :-)

Lucky you... a 45€ sale I made some days ago seems to have failed (yeah, right. I bet blizzard is keeping the money since I can't prove it anymore). I also had 150€+ worth of gems that I couldn't put up for sale because the auction house was down all day D:

I had 3 RMAH sales within hours of being banned. The first one was about 1 hour beforehand and the last one about 2 hours after the ban. The strange thing is that these were my only 3 RMAH sales EVER. I only started botting a few weeks ago and couldn't get my RMAH items to sell for about a week until ban day.

I suspect some people knew they were going to be banned and had a BNET balance that they wanted to use up quickly. They probably tried to buy RMAH items to sell quickly for gold and then sell the gold quickly for USD, or tried to transfer the items to a safe account. I don't know if that strategy would work, though, if there's a delay in them receiving items.

I also thought it might be Blizzard buying my items. The reason is that the 3 sales came out to almost the same as the cost of my 3 banned accounts. This is stupid, though, after some thought. Don't think Blizzard would actually spend money like that, even if I used the money to buy 3 more accounts.

3/3 banned on 12/12/12
Received proceeds from 3 RMAH sales in Paypal today.

Your bids on other people's items are cancelled because the items would just get sent to a dead account. Your actual items that you listed will remain up there until they expire.

lol you are one of those idiots that doesnt read and thinks that whatever is in ur head is right

a.) they will never be your items

b.) the game and tos says that you are buying and selling the use of BLIZZARDS items.

sometimes its better to just stfu and keep ur misinformed opinion in your own thick skull

I actually bought my own items out after I got banned =) had a trifecta nats ring up and decent vile wards. Paid $100 for the item, getting $85back so I only paid $15 for an item that wouldve just went poof haha

Tis not what he's talking about. If the transaction goes through, the transaction will still go to you.
