Here is a profile for En'kilah, currently the mailbox / vendors are at unu'pe (ally) and Taunka'le Village (horde)
this farms the casters and all of the undead. I have turned off brittle skeleton targetting, if you want to target these (ie: for aoe farming) then simply delete it from <AvoidMobs>
