first of all just incase its a keylogger you need to purge the entire system re-install windows and let evrything be deleted a keylogger offen hides it self in system 32 folder and if you dont know what you do you can fuck up the system so reinstall windows and get a good anti virus program i suggest NOD32 (http://www.eset.com/) 2nd: on the blizz site there is a form you can fill out if you have gotten keylogged fill it out be sure to add picture ID so they know you are the real owner of the acc 3rd hope that they give you back the account if you get it back open a ticket ASAP to a GM explain he got keylogged and the GM will look closer at it if he got keylogged the GM will restore the majority of the items tho i don't think he can restore badges/gold and finally 4rd get a authenticator its cheap as dirt and you don't have to have this happen again...except if he gets bit by the new man in the middle keylogger but the chances for now are very low

they can reimburse badges, one of my friends got hacked and the hacker bought prim saronites with his badges, but blizz intervened and got the account back before he could sell the saronite... so my mate got to keep the saronite and got his badges back

They will restore most of the Items, After the restoration is finished, check your Items and Gold. If you still think something is missing, simply open another ticket. I had an account Hacked and they stole my entire guild. Blizz restored everything but the guild. I opened another ticket and they just sent me the Gold to buy ALL the Guild bank Tabs. (which is great, because I only had 3 tabs in that guild.) The GM that messaged me said something to the effect that he didn't want to bother restoring a guild, so here's some gold to just make a new one with a full bank.
