2 - When the program runs, make it run with a random name. Tank-leader is easy to detect. I know because World of Warcraft used to detect by name.
3 - Allow people to set what repairs kits, first-aide, and whether or not to use the fire extinguisher. It's all about being unpredictable.
4 - Allow people to set only the tanks they want to run, don't force a random tank if the one or two they want are in battle.
5 - Allow the option to program their own route.
6 - In the event of collision, make it sit for a random time 5-20 seconds and rotate the turret, the immediate counter collision avoidance looks flaky.
