Or even a pdf / Series of guides that gets extracted into the honorbuddy folder when you download it? Something that reads like "Get started now." Inside has all the basic guides of how to install and properly run the bot. I know the forums have guides for everything but it is how a lot of other things function and get a lot less new user commonly asked questions.
 
Excellently worded post OP. What need's to be realized and I know it's been pointed out here is that Bossland is the ONLY one who can deal with the payment and upgrade issues and I'm sure he gets FLOODED every hour of every day. Also we need to remember that customers are LAZY and wan't things handed to them. That doesn't speak for EVERY customer, but the main group of them.

In essence, I'm sure he's trying to be as nice as possible, but it's pretty easy to sound like you don't care when it's all you deal with day after day.
 
As for you Paddy, and assuming your not an irish drunk, you need to understand a few things:
- The cost of a service to a consumer, does not necessarily mean that you as a business can "slack" and get away with it. Yes its a good deal, yes its a great product, but if you can improve it and dont, then what sort of person/business manager are you?
- I dont know how many people officially work with the company but even if there were as you said 2 of them, I still think its very realistically reasonable that the service can be improved without overloading them with more work. You have to remind yourself that we have a lot of knowledgeable people in this community and more often than not its those users and the moderators who help with any problems or questions, thus making it a bit easier for the official crew.
So I think its not unreasonable to suggest things, which was what I did. I did not demand them, I suggested and as with any suggestion or advice, you can take it or not.
But all in all, keep up the good work. (for the crew, not you paddy because your name reminds me of a drunk irish lol)

& I was just giving my opinion, which wasn't the same as yours, no big thing.
- I do think the product can and should be improved in at least 1 area. As for the kind of person/business model, if its bad enough you'd be the kind without a business.
- I don't know how many people there are either, but I do know that the "search" button is online 24/7, which could help solve a vast majority of questions/problems. I haven't had any major problems that I needed any further service, so you may be referring to service in regards to larger issues I haven't encountered.

ok so everyone at this point has shared their comments and concerns. we have a bunch of suggestions and that's awesome. but i think its time to let this thread die.
