A combat CC with Interrupts ONLY Request

When watching HB play, I am most impressed by the superhuman interrupting abilities. I would like someone to create a PVP CC that would Use only this interrupting function and that is it.
This CC would not move my character and allows me to choose which spells I would like instantly kicked if they are being casted by my target at any given time. T
his seems like it would not be too difficult to write for someone with more experience than none and would very valuable to someone as you can not be fake casted. Maybe even have a delay feature so that it isnt too obvious how fast that kick is.

The kick in particular I would like is PUMMEL for warriors

This would be ran with combat bot

Use that plugin which Insanityy posted with this routine to do absolutely nothing besides interrupting (Use combatbot, tyrael, raidbot, lazyraider with it)
