A big loss in fps

I am currently having issues while running HB (attached a log of the first 5 minutes of starting HB )

I notice a significant drop in fps going from around 140+ right down to 14 when I enter combat, on a single mob with no one else around. I have the frame lock on due to the routine being really slow when its off, I've set the frame lock to max 100 and lowest 4 and have the same effect.

I am pretty new to all this so not sure what would be causing it, checked with the creator of the routine and was informed of it being a HB issue?

Cache has been cleared, tried a fresh install, and currently have no anti-virus running, firewall is allowing HB etc through.

using singular has no effect on an fps loss stay steady at 140+, which made me think is it the routine?

Restart HB and check if it still lags and let me know please

Already spoke to hazard (author) before posting this thread, its how I ended up here. I was informed that it "Has nothing to do with the routines"

if you got it only when using his routines,i am afraid its not a Honorbuddy issue
