Doesn't this make it stay at the same level on rated so if ur 20 it will stay at 20?

Yes, but concedes wont be counted in winrate table, so you wil lget 80+ winrate

just curious: if all you're going for is gold, isn't it better at this point to farm in normal play mode? why farm in low ranks + autoconcede?

Because there is a matchmaking system in casual play.
That means, the more wins you have the better players you will face.

what? wow I didn't know about that, this makes farming daily gold in low rankings much easier then I guess. what rank are you guys farming? 20?

My winrate's around 50/50 with the deck I usually farm with around #10, but around twenty it's over 80%, so it's easier to farm there.
Also I'm getting my 30 wins on multiple accounts / day.
