85 rouge and mage - Which dungeon or instance can i bot to gear up ?

i keep getting kicked out of LFR because im in pvp gear and cant keep my dps up high.
Are there any dungeons or instances or whatever that i can do with the bot that will get me some good gear ?
I don't know much about dungeons and stuff so bit of a noob subject for me

and should i be using intsance or dungeon buddy ?

I'd suggest that you go BG instead. Its alot safer and you can get close to 390 ilvl with some hours of botting
You can get into normal raids with 390 pvp gear now, people isnt so strict anymore ^^

EDIT: Sorry, somehow i didnt see the first line you said.
With 390 gear theres no point in going LFR imo. I'd try to join pugs that go normal DS and BH.

And have you gemmed and reforged correctly for your class in PVE? even with the pvp gear? Check noxxic.com or askmrrobot.com to see if theres something you need to change

no i dont really have any money right now for gemming and i don't know how to reforge properly
im just a casual player really, i use bot to get 85 then do the dragon souls then i dont play untill the reset

Anyway, getting gold nowadays isnt really a problem, specially if you'r botting If you have several characters, get JC and mining on one of them and set the bot to farm ores and you can make you'r own gems to save gold.
When it comes to reforging you should check the sited i said, Noxxic.com and Askmrrobot.com Noxxic gives you guidelines and the askmrrobot shows you exactly what you should reforge on what piece of gear
