I have the same problem, my waypoints profile does not seem to have any effect.

I'm updating all the other maps that got updated in 9.1 as well: Arctic Region, Tundra, Komarin, Windstorm and Northwest. The changes may not be apparent right away, but they should be fully functional a day after this post.

Aevitas reported that kharkiv is fixed now so, please test and report back....
