I just got the same shit, was thinking about whether to fight it or not. I think not fighting it is just like saying "ok, your right, won't do it again". They just fire a shot in the dark and wait for you to "not argue with it" i think.

Let's face it, if it was a false allegation anyone would have fought it no doubt. And i am sure they don't have any proof of third-party software, or else it would have been instant ban....

I've used that profile like with 4+ characters and never got suspended. That's strange.

*Edit: you should paste the e-mail they sent you. I am thinking you got stuck somewhere and someone reported you, but even that's pretty unlikely since I have afk'ed overnight while I was sleeping with that profile.

*Edit2: you should also say more information about your other botting. How many other characters have you botted, what type of botting, etc. It may be possible that you didn't get banned from using that profile.

I've used that prof with 5 toons, but blizzard seems to be "taking shots in the dark" as someone posted earlier.. like they're getting desperate and taking advantage of their ToS to do whatever they want..

be careful as you are flagged now. Even if they remove it.. they are still investigating your account as its been policy for sometime now. There are ALOT of suspensions that were over turned and/or returned to active play only to be perm baned a short while later due to people going back to their old ways.. (or the investigation actually verified the original reason for the 72hr).

To me that looks like a suspension for gold selling, not botting.

Could also be (never se anyone talking about this ) buying items from sites where after you pay them cash, they give you the item in game (mounts, gear and what not) not gold.
