Action: Final Warning, 72 Hour Suspension
Violation: Unapproved Third Party Software
Blizzard will take action against any players using third party programs, which operate outside the World of Warcraft software, to gain an advantage in the game. This software may include increasing movement or teleportation hacks, automating gameplay, or other changes that subvert the mechanics or design of the game. This can also include programs that obtain information not normally available to the regular player, or that transmit or modify any of the game files.
Normally, this classification does not include UI modifications or addons, except those UIs that require an external application to function.
This is a final warning that all violations of the World of Warcraft Code of Conduct and Terms of Use must stop immediately (Blizzard Entertainment: World of Warcraft Terms of Use).
In addition to this final warning, your game license has been issued a suspension as detailed above. Your game license will not be available for play during this time.
As the account holder, you are responsible for the activity associated with this game license. The next violation of the World of Warcraft Code of Conduct or Terms of Use will result in permanent license closure.

So, i just came back to the game after a 6 month break, and hit 90 yesterday with a new char, which i had botted ½ way'ish.
Launched the bot like an hour ago in mixed mode using: [H] [Medium Gear] Timeless Coin and Epoch Stone Grind V1.4 / Bg bot AV/SOTA.
Just sat down to check on it when i got dced, and got my suspension. Used to bot ALOT before my 6 month break.
So i got kinda shocked by how little it took to trigger it this time. Guess is just bad luck.
1)Were you using Honorbuddy, Gatherbuddy or both on the account? HB
2)Which version (and Beta or Release)?: Release
3)If so, when was the last time?:
4)What profile were you using?: [H] [Medium Gear] Timeless Coin and Epoch Stone Grind V1.4 / Bg bot AV/SOTA.
5)What combat class were you using? Singular : feral druid
6)What plugins are you using?: None
7)How many hours per day did you bot for?: 6
8)What honest percentage of time did you supervise your bot? 40%
9)How many auctions per day did you have?: 0
10)Did you Use Any Other Bots, Hacks, or Mods? No
11)Was your account involved in gold selling? No
12)EU or US realm? EU
13)Is the banned account a Scroll of Resurrection or an actual paid account? Paid
