He is german, so EU. He got a ban on the 15th of may, around 21h. It was a 72h ban.
He wrote the gb2 profile himself. He ran it 4-5 hours a day for 5 days a week.
The reason he got banned was because he used an unauthorized third party program (aka a bot).
The contact he had with the blizzard support team didnt help.
