Account Action: 72 Hour Suspension
Reason for Action: Terms of Use Violation -- Exploitative Activity: Abuse of the Economy

This suspension happened because one or more characters on the account were identified exchanging, or contributing to the exchange of, in-game property (items or gold) for "real-world" currency. This exchange process negatively impacts the World of Warcraft game environment by detracting from the value of the in-game economy.

Even if this behavior is the result of a third party accessing the account instead of the registered user (for example, a friend, family member, or leveling service) then the account can still be held responsible for the penalty because of the impact it had on the game environment.

Not 1 auction sold EVER with this account -.-
Should i write to blizz that ive done nothing or should i accept the 3 days?

I say take the 3 days and be happy. Even if you didnt do auctions on this account, you may have transfered gold/mats to the account to help level and they may have taken the action as an act of gold selling/buying. Besides, by the time you actually send of an email to Blizz and then finally get a reply, half your suspension time or more will be over. The fact that you bot means you dont want them taking too close a look at your account anyway. Let the automated systems take it from here I say. Just my 2 cents.

That was what i was thinking, but the other side would be if i were innocent then i should send them a email ?!
And that account actually only got 4 bags (16 slot) and 100g for a other character from a friend ....
I think i will decide tomorrow ....

Again, I wouldnt fight too hard. The last thing you want is for them to do a detailed review of your account.

^^ this.

I've gotten a couple of 72 hour suspensions. I never fought them, always just accepted them. Nothing worse ever came from it.

Is it a maximum number of suspensions before they close you account for good?

So i send them an email that i was only playing alot. 8 hours later -> unbanned!
Will be playing by hand for the next 2-3 days :)

I got a 72 hour ban. Didn't complain, I was going something I was not supposed to be going and got caught. They know it, I know it. Its all good.
