72h suspension, final warning, 2013-08-09.
1)Were you using Honorbuddy, Gatherbuddy or both on the account?
Both. Levelled 1-90 with Kick's questing profiles and, in parts, manually with the aid of the combat bot. Got kicked 3 hours after using GB for the first time on that account.
2)If so, when was the last time?:
At the moment I was being suspended.
3)What profile were you using?:
Random MoP profiles of zonpan2lol's profile pack. Switched every 30 minutes.
4)What combat class were you using? if None Just put Default then the Classname:
Default paladin.
5)What plugins are you using?:
Default plugins.
6)How many hours per day did you bot for?:
3-6.
6.5)What honest percentage of time did you supervise your bot?
80%. I only bot while working on the computer.
7)How many auctions per day did you have?:
20-50.
8)Did you Use Any Other Bots, Hacks, or Mods?
No.
9)Was your account involved in gold selling?
Yes. Sold over a million the week before by leaving two guild banks to a chinese goldseller. Abuse of the economy was not mentioned, though.

Paid.
Offense: Unapproved Third Party Software.
I have been suspended twice before on a different bot account I use on the same computer. In 2012, I have been banned unjustly for the alleged abuse of the economy after an interfactional gold trade (15k). I appealed and my 72h suspension was retracted after four minutes. The second time, I received another 72h suspension after months of excessive mining and herb gathering in Cataclysm zones. (8-12h/day) Totally asked for it.
My newly suspended main account has been punished once for cross-faction communication in 2011 (3h suspension), never for unapproved third party software or abuse of the economy, although i have been using Glider and a fishing bot created by my boyfriend over a long period and spammed the AH until I amassed over 3 million gold. And now, on the first day of using GB on that account - banhammered.
